Family Aquagym

Is a unique system designed to provide an exciting and invigorating water gymnasium that is both fun for all the family and effective to use. Aquagym enables the body to be in a non-weight bearing position, meaning there is less stress on the joints and users experience fewer muscular problems.

Aquagym is also excellent for rehabilitation and is available as part of our Exercise on Referral scheme, Active for Life.
