Q: How can I make an on-line booking?
A: You will need to be an Active card holder either pay & play, paying by
Direct Debit or by an annual fee and you need to be registered for on-line bookings.
Q: What can I book on-line?
A: At present we are only offering Badminton and Squash at our three leisure centres but other activities will be added soon.
Q: Will I need to pay on line at the time of booking?
A: No we are not planning to accept on-line payments at the moment. Payment is due on arrival at the centre of choice and is subject to your Active Card status.
Q: What do I do if I want to cancel a booking?
A: Once completed a booking cannot be cancelled on-line.
You will need to contact the centre of choice at the address shown on your booking confirmation and let them know in accordance with our standard booking and cancellation procedures.

Your registration will be activated on the next working day after your submission.
