Check availability and book online ... ‘real time’ ... for the first time!
Our great new online booking system, live from 11 January, means you will be able to check availability and book yourself in there and then.
You will be able to book online for squash and badminton courts, all our group exercise classes, inductions for our Fitness Studio and Aquagym and indoor bowls at Brandon. Other activities will be available soon.
To book online, you will need to be an Active Leisure Card holder and you need to register. You can then book and pay by debit or credit card (subject to status) online.
All activity bookings are made individually in ‘real time’ so that you can be sure that your court or class is there for you when you arrive at the centre of your choice.

If you are unable to take up your booking, you must let us know in advance that you need to cancel or you will still be charged the full price.

Q: How can I make an online booking?
A: You will need to be an Active Leisure Card holder either pay & play, paying by Direct Debit or by an annual fee and you will need to register for on-line bookings.
Q: What can I book on-line?
A: From January 2010 you will be able to book and pay for a wide range of activities online at our leisure centres and swimming pools including Badminton and Squash courts, all our Group Exercise classes, Fitness Studio and Aquagym Inductions and Indoor Bowls at Brandon. Other activities will be available soon.
Q: Will I need to pay on line at the time of booking?
A: Yes. Full payment by debit or credit card will need to be made at the time of booking, subject to your Active Leisure Card status.
Q: What do I do if I want to cancel a booking?
A: Once completed a booking cannot be cancelled on-line.
You will need to contact the centre of choice at the address shown on your booking confirmation and let them know in accordance with our standard booking and cancellation procedures.
If you are unable to take up your booking and do not cancel in accordance with our terms you will be charged the full price for that activity.
