Optua Big Splash

Optua ‘Big Splash’ Sessions are provided as part of our Inclusive Fitness and Swimming programme and include a wide range of accessible activities.
We work closely with local and regional organisations to provide facilities and support for people of all abilities.

Optua ‘Big Splash’ sessions at Mildenhall and Newmarket give disabled swimmers the opportunity to enjoy swimming without the noise and crowds of public sessions. Volunteer support is always available at these sessions with no charge for carers or volunteers and a swimming instructor is on hand to give expert advice.
